Justin Levine to speak at Business Angels Investing Conference
I’m delighted to be part of the speaker line-up for the upcoming Dorset Business Angels Investing Conference, Friday 27 October 2017.
I’ll be discussing the all-important topic of angel investing: how to extract the initial investment for maximum return!
At the Dorset Business Angels Investing Conference I’ll be talking about the various mechanisms that allow the angel investor to structure an exit, such as share buyback, share purchase or company sale. Adding to this will be topics such as preferential share types; control issues within shareholder agreements, anti-dilution strategies and share ratchet mechanisms that provide upsides should the investee perform above target.
As well as investment mechanisms, I will discuss the merits of selling companies to strategic buyers versus non-strategic. Plus I will outline proven strategies that provide investors with the maximum return – and how an angel investor can influence the outcome.
It promises to be a great event with some good speakers – to register your place, click here…
