Sale of Harvest Fine Foods to Bidfood

Since 1988, Harvest Fine Foods has grown to one of the south’s premier foodservice providers. With almost £30M revenue, the company has an exceptional brand presence across a wide range of catering clients.
Bidfood is an international broadline foodservice group operating in more than 30 countries across 5 continents and employs c. 25,000 people. Traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in South Africa, Bidfood has a market capitalisation of approximately £5bn.
