Sale of Mayfield to Epwin Group PLC
The NonExec Limited is pleased to have acted for the shareholders of The Mayfield Group in the recent company sale to Epwin Group Plc.
Since 1989, The Mayfield Group has been supplying quality holiday home decking and accessories for the static caravan and lodge holiday home industry.
The company has become one of the key producers of high-quality decking solutions and is a well-known brand within the UK holiday home market.
