Sale of LCM Systems Limited to Interface
We were delighted to act for the shareholders in the sale of L.C.M. Systems Limited to US-based Interface, Inc.
LCM Systems is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke load cells. Based on the Isle of Wight, the company exports over 70% of its product globally.
Founded in 1968, Interface is a U.S. based, women-owned technology and manufacturing company of the world’s best load cells, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Its reach and influence is global as the preeminent force measurement solutions supplier to Fortune 100 companies worldwide, including Boeing, Airbus, NASA, Ford, GM, Johnson & Johnson, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB) and thousands of certified calibration labs.
